Cold Calling Agent

About the role

Webify Tech is expanding rapidly and needs energetic Cold Calling Agents to drive new business across international markets. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, creating interest in our services and feeding qualified leads to the sales closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in various countries.
• Introduce Webify Tech’s services and generate interest through confident communication.
• Qualify leads and either pass warm prospects to the closing team or handle conversions directly.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Consistently achieve call volume targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication abilities.
• Persuasive, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts as a strict requirement.
