Cold Calling Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking energetic Cold Calling Agents to join our night‑shift team in Rawalpindi. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls for international clients, promoting services and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and clients.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and address customer queries.
• Introduce company services, explain offers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams on qualified leads and issues.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confident, persuasive communication style.
• Good listening, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales or BPO is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM or calling software.
