Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

A full-time, on-site Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive is needed in Karachi, working 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role connects with potential clients, generates business opportunities and follows up with prospects. The base pay is PKR 45,000 - 50,000 per month, with a 3% commission on the monthly sales target once achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce the company's services.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to generate qualified leads.
• Follow up with prospects by calls, emails and other channels.
• Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets with lead details, call records, follow-ups and prospect status.
• Track daily calling activity and give regular progress reports.
• Work towards the assigned monthly sales target of USD 3,000.
• Coordinate with the team to move qualified prospects through the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation or sales.
• Good verbal communication and negotiation skills, and confidence talking to potential clients.
• Strong follow-up, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
