Cold Calling Specialist

About the role

Nervea is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to generate qualified leads and book appointments with potential clients in the US market. You will be the first point of contact, introducing prospects to Nervea's AI‑powered automation and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the United States.
• Identify and enrich lead data using AI tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Maps, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and other tracking systems.
• Communicate regularly with the team during US business hours via WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales‑focused role.
• Native‑level US English accent with excellent communication skills (assessment required).
• Self‑disciplined remote work ethic and ability to stay productive independently.
• Availability for constant communication during US working hours.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a commission‑based structure.
