Cold Email & GTM Campaign Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cold Email & GTM Campaign Manager to own our outbound engine from raw lead lists to booked sales calls. The role is fully remote and focuses on a Shopify/e‑commerce growth offer, handling both the technical setup and the day‑to‑day reply management.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, enrich, and normalize large raw lead lists (30k+) using Clay.
• Verify emails with LeadMagic and segment leads for targeted outreach.
• Personalize outreach (avatars, first lines) to increase reply rates.
• Run Smartlead (or comparable) sequences while maintaining deliverability.
• Engage every positive reply: respond, follow up, nurture, and book qualified calls.
• Coordinate with the lead vendor for new list deliveries.
• Report metrics: reply rate, positive replies, and booked calls.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Clay, LeadMagic, and Smartlead (or Instantly).
• Proficiency with Apollo or similar prospecting tools.
• Comfortable working with APIs and automation platforms such as Make.
• Strong written English for communicating with US e‑commerce founders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position.
• Base pay of $500–$700 per month.
• Performance bonus of $25–$50 per qualified booked call.
