Collection Executive (Automotive industry preferred)

About the role

The Collection Executive ensures timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers for a UAE‑based mobility leader operating across 40+ locations. The role involves strong communication, negotiation, and coordination with operations and legal teams to minimise financial risk.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily outstanding invoices, contact customers via calls, WhatsApp and email, and achieve collection targets for rental dues, fines and other charges.
• Build professional relationships with customers, address invoice queries, and negotiate payment plans where needed.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, prepare daily collection reports and ageing analysis, and update the CRM system in real time.
• Identify high‑risk accounts, coordinate vehicle disconnection or repossession, and work with the legal team for escalations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to gather customer background information and ensure proper documentation before recovery actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of collections experience, preferably in rent‑a‑car, automotive or leasing.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with capacity to handle difficult customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Multilingual (English plus Hindi, Urdu or Arabic preferred) and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
