Commercial Account Executive, Outbound Sales

About the role

Motive is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to lead outbound sales efforts for its fleet‑management platform. You will work with one of the company’s largest revenue lines, building executive relationships and expanding business with major accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business by developing strong executive relationships with key prospects.
• Survey prospects to understand pain points and align them with Motive’s solution.
• Demo Motive software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.
• Partner with Account Managers and Freight Ops, leveraging analytics to optimize buying decisions.
• Identify and resolve problems, determine optimal actions, and implement solutions.
• Plan and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
• Develop deep understanding of Motive’s technology platform and provide market feedback.
• Continuously study market trends to enable consultative insight.
