Commercial Director – Luxury Architectural Surfaces

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to shape and execute the national commercial strategy for a premium luxury architectural surfaces division. The role focuses on driving growth across high‑end residential and commercial projects by leading sales teams and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a national commercial strategy for luxury architectural surfaces.
• Lead and develop high‑performing B2B sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Oversee specification and project sales processes for premium products such as porcelain slabs, tiles, sanitaryware, and luxury kitchens.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 15–18+ years of experience in luxury building materials or related high‑end product sectors.
• Proven leadership in B2B project and specification sales.
• Extensive network with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
• Successful track record of driving national commercial growth and managing large sales teams.
