Commercial Manager

About the role

Melbrew Coffee is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead commercial growth across Pakistan. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, and build strong relationships with key customers in a fast‑moving coffee brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that increase revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Lead sales and business development across B2B, HoReCa, retail, corporate and other relevant channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships and develop high‑value accounts.
• Manage pricing, commercial negotiations, trade terms, promotions and margin management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and supply‑chain teams to ensure effective commercial execution.
• Track sales performance, market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to stay ahead of the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial management, sales, business development, FMCG or F&B.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue and business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
