Commercial Performance Manager

About the role

The Commercial Performance Manager is responsible for evaluating and improving the commercial performance of the distribution network. Working closely with the strategy team, this role designs scorecard KPIs, monitors monthly results, and ensures alignment with the company’s annual revenue targets and business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the strategy team to design performance scorecards for the commercial distribution team.
• Monitor monthly distribution performance using financial, sustainability, and customer‑centric KPIs.
• Analyze functional team results against BU targets and prepare individual performance scorecards.
• Present performance results to commercial heads and recommend improvement actions.
• Manage the calculation and disbursement of incentive payouts based on KPI achievement.
• Handle queries related to incentives and payouts.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and ensure targets align with the strategic plan.

Required profile

• Professional Accountant or MBA degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in commercial performance management or a similar field.
• In‑depth knowledge of distribution commercial procedures and policies.
• Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and incentive design.
