Commercial Project Manager

About the role

You will work in an agile environment, handling all commercial and financial aspects of projects while supporting the Project Manager to ensure delivery according to PM standards, customer requirements and Financial Reporting Guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements, assess commercial and contractual feasibility, and manage handover phases across multiple projects.
• Monitor and optimise project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments, ensuring compliance with SFRGs, NCM, LoA, transfer pricing, tax, BCGs, ECC and relevant laws.
• Maintain accurate cost and pricing calculations, keep project books in systems such as Spiridon, and prepare commercial documentation for reviews and audits.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, handle change orders, claims and foreign‑currency risk in line with hedging guidelines.
• Support procurement and logistics, certify supplier and subcontractor payments, and oversee guarantees, bonds and insurance.
• Address stakeholder requirements from customers, subcontractors, internal teams and consortium partners, and conduct lessons‑learned activities on commercial aspects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience as a Certified Project Manager on long‑term, complex “C” category projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, FRGs, asset management and contract/claim management.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, opportunities and financial performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with experience in forecasting, reporting and analysis.
