Commission-Based Sales Executive

About the role

Malik Wholesale is seeking motivated and confident Sales Executives to join its team on a commission‑based arrangement. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building lasting business relationships, and promoting the company’s product range through direct communication and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the target market.
• Generate new leads through proactive client hunting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote products on social media platforms to increase visibility.
• Follow up with leads, convert them into sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in client hunting or sales is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms for product promotion.
