About the role

We are a digital agency that creates AI‑driven video ads for e‑commerce brands. We are expanding our Karachi team and need an energetic Sales Representative to generate international business through cold calling. The position is office‑based and works night shifts to align with North‑American time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to e‑commerce business owners in the United States and Canada to pitch video ad packages.
• Close sales with an average deal size of around $400 and earn a 25% commission on each closed deal.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Use internal AI‑assisted tools and CRM systems to track leads and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in international cold calling, B2B telesales, or call‑center sales.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear accent suitable for American and Canadian clients.
• Availability to work night shifts matching US/Canada time zones.
• Friendly personality with strong relationship‑building skills.
