Communication Expert

About the role

Refine Success, a Lahore‑based financial services firm, is looking for a Communication Expert to shape both internal and external communications across its multidisciplinary finance practice. The role will support product lines such as investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, and digital finance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage content for press releases, client presentations, corporate collateral, investor updates, website pages, and social media.
• Draft leadership messages, employee updates, and training materials to improve cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate media and stakeholder engagement, prepare spokespeople, and organize briefings.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and factual accuracy.
• Ability to understand and simplify financial concepts such as corporate finance, risk management, and investment products.
• Experience preparing executive briefings, media talking points, and cross‑functional communications.
• Capability to maintain a consistent brand voice and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with content planning, analytics, and performance optimisation.
• Awareness of regulatory considerations for financial communications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using presentation software.
• Knowledge of common CMS platforms.
• Experience with social media platforms for corporate communication.
