Communications & Marketing Specialist

About the role

NIC Faisalabad (NICF) is looking for a dynamic Communications & Marketing Specialist to lead branding, marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, and program outreach activities. The role works closely with both the Communication and Program teams to boost NICF’s visibility and support the growth of startups in its incubation and acceleration programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication, branding, and marketing strategies for NICF programs, startups, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website content, newsletters, and media outreach.
• Create high‑quality content such as success stories, impact reports, press releases, videos, and promotional materials.
• Support the Program Team in planning and executing trainings, workshops, demo days, networking events, investor engagements, and graduation ceremonies.
• Engage with startups to document progress, achievements, funding milestones, partnerships, and success stories.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, universities, investors, government agencies, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns to attract high‑potential startups, mentors, trainers, investors, and partners.
• Track communication, outreach, and program KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support fundraising, sponsorship, partnership development, and ecosystem‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, program management, ecosystem development, or related fields.
