Community Associate

About the role

Edversity is looking for a Community Associate to be the outward‑facing builder of relationships and reach. You will manage university and partner activities, grow regional presence, and represent the brand at events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage community activities with universities, incubators and partner organisations, including joint sessions and ambassador programmes.
• Build regional communities by identifying local hubs, organising meet‑ups and micro‑events, and cultivating student advocates.
• Drive new partnerships from identification and pitching through negotiation, formalisation and ongoing relationship management.
• Represent Edversity at industry events, career fairs, conferences and expos, turning conversations into pipeline opportunities.
• Act as the public face of Edversity on social platforms, engaging directly with prospective students and partners.
• Convert community and partnership activity into sales leads by coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
• Report on outreach performance, tracking signed partnerships, regional growth and leads generated.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate – no prior formal work experience required.
• Strong campus leadership experience (society president, ambassador role, event organiser, etc.) is a plus.
• Confident, personable communicator comfortable representing the brand on stage or at a booth.
• Natural relationship‑builder able to open doors with universities and keep connections warm.
• Self‑starter who can identify and chase partnership opportunities without a predefined list.
• Highly organised to run multiple regional communities and partner relationships in parallel.
• Willing and able to travel for events, expos and partner visits across regions.
• Available to work six days a week (Saturday included, Sunday off).
