Community Development Executive (Residential Sales)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Community Development Executive to expand residential sales of our products across apartment buildings, housing societies, and residential communities in Karachi. You will work on‑site, engaging directly with residents, building managers and community leaders to drive product adoption and achieve monthly acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities within residential complexes and plan promotional activities.
• Organise product tasting events and encourage app downloads for ordering.
• Build and nurture relationships with building management, residents and community representatives.
• Generate leads and referrals through community engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential sales, community engagement, field sales, FMCG or direct‑to‑consumer business development.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and target‑driven.
• Ability to organise group activities and promotional events.
• Basic understanding of mobile applications and online ordering systems.
• Own motorcycle preferred for field work.
