Community Manager – Member Relations

About the role

Kickstart, Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator, is seeking a Community Manager for its Islamabad location. You will be the main point of contact for members, ensuring the space runs smoothly and that members enjoy a welcoming, productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for members, handling queries, requests and concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular check‑ins, floor walks and personalized engagement.
• Gather and act on member feedback via conversations and surveys to drive satisfaction.
• Oversee seamless onboarding and off‑boarding processes and keep the member database up‑to‑date.
• Support sales tours, provide on‑ground insights for retention and assist with conversion efforts.
• Manage day‑to‑day facility operations, including safety, cleanliness, maintenance coordination and expense tracking.
• Supervise on‑site staff (community executives, security, housekeeping) to uphold service standards.
• Resolve member complaints from initial response through closure, escalating when necessary and identifying recurring issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community, hospitality or customer‑facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
• Hospitality background (hotels, restaurants, QSR) is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using a CRM or member‑management platform such as OfficeRnD.
