Community, Social Media & Outreach Executive

About the role

The Academy of Champions is seeking an energetic, creative individual to build and nurture its community, expand its digital presence, and develop meaningful relationships with members and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Academy's WhatsApp community, posting daily engaging content and fostering conversations.
• Oversee Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms, creating and scheduling posts, stories, reels and repurposing workshop material.
• Conduct personalized outreach to potential members, clients, speakers, universities and strategic partners via LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Promote workshops, networking events and training programmes, supporting registrations and capturing community moments for social media.

Required profile

• Energetic, positive, and naturally good with people.
• Excellent communicator comfortable starting conversations and writing engaging English.
• Creative, organized, proactive and able to manage multiple activities.
• Passionate about personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship and community building.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp communities.
• Basic content creation using Canva.
• Experience in community management, social media, PR, marketing or related fields.
