Computer Teacher

About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated Computer Teacher to design and deliver a comprehensive computer science curriculum. You will guide students in mastering basic computer operations, coding, and essential software applications while fostering a curious and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a curriculum tailored to students' grade levels and skills.
• Teach basics of computer operations, coding, word processing, spreadsheets, and other essential applications.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with technology developments and integrate new tools into teaching.
• Collaborate with faculty to embed technology across subjects and support interdisciplinary projects.
• Organize and supervise extracurricular computer clubs or activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer teacher or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure as required by local authority.
• Minimum 1–2 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
