Construction Manager - Luxury Residential Fit-Outs

About the role

Mustafa Developers builds bespoke homes and luxury villas in Islamabad and surrounding areas and is looking for a Construction Manager to drive the on-site execution of its luxury residential projects. The role calls for a perfectionist's eye for finishing quality, fit-outs and architectural details, combined with strong leadership in planning, scheduling and project control, ensuring every phase meets the highest standards, stays within budget and follows schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect and approve fit-out works, joinery, masonry, tile and marble layouts, MEP integration and fine finishing, enforcing QA/QC standards and resolving defects immediately
• Develop and maintain baseline construction schedules from grey structure to final detail work, and monitor milestones, resources and workflow to prevent delays
• Oversee site budgets, track expenditures, manage procurement schedules and optimise resource use
• Manage day-to-day site operations, supervising site engineers, foremen, subcontractors and craftsmen
• Act as the main link between architects, structural engineers, clients and senior management, and prepare progress reports, schedule look-aheads and quality audits
• Enforce safety standards and local building codes across all site operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Proven experience managing luxury residential, premium villa or high-end interior fit-out projects
• Master-level understanding of premium materials, bespoke fit-out techniques and high-end finishing standards
• Full-time on-site presence in the Rawalpindi District
