Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead remote construction projects for MS Huzaim Kamal Enterprises. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources and budget.
• Lead and mentor a team of five professionals, providing direction and performance feedback.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate communication among clients, contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee quality management to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Manage procurement, contracts and performance of vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports and inform senior management of milestones and issues.
• Resolve project issues promptly through analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain complete and organized project documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing outcomes and applying lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage a team of five professionals.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to ensure projects meet technical, regulatory and budgetary requirements.
