Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

AH Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily activities on its Karachi projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations and coordinate site teams.
• Monitor progress against schedules, manage resources and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to resolve issues.
• Track and maintain site documentation, report performance and identify risks.
• Implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction methods, including structural works and finishing activities.
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling and progress monitoring on medium to large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide diverse site teams.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with construction‑related software and MS Office is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and adapt to changing project needs.
