Content Creation Team Leader

About the role

The Content Creation Team Leader will head a dedicated team responsible for producing high‑quality training courses. This hands‑on people‑management position works closely with training, QA, reporting and other business support functions to ensure consistent delivery against KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop team members through regular 1‑to‑1s, feedback and performance reviews.
• Organise workloads, monitor productivity and deadlines, and ensure the team meets agreed KPIs and delivery targets.
• Guarantee that all courses comply with quality standards and SOPs, identifying issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate effectively with training, QA, reporting and change‑management teams to provide broader business support.

Required profile

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths; Level 3 or a qualification in Leadership & Management, Education, Training, Business or related field is desirable.
• Proven experience leading or directing personnel in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance, provide constructive feedback and monitor KPIs.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently, escalate issues appropriately and handle competing priorities.
