About the role
The Content Quality Assurance Specialist will work remotely full‑time, reviewing all client‑facing digital marketing assets to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency and brand alignment. You will act as the final gatekeeper before any deliverable reaches the client.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality checks on ad creatives, landing pages, websites, SEO outputs, social media posts, email campaigns and marketing reports.
- Identify and correct formatting, spelling, design, tracking and setup errors.
- Maintain QA feedback and approvals in the project management system (ClickUp).
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Document and suggest improvements to internal QA processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in quality assurance, proofreading or digital marketing quality control.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
