Content Writer & Social Media Executive

About the role

This hybrid position combines content creation and social media management to attract and engage Australian migration and education audiences, driving them toward booked consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Write and update website service pages, SEO blog articles, FAQs, social media copy, short‑form video scripts, and email/WhatsApp broadcast content, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Own the monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, publish and schedule posts, brief designers and video editors, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager, Community & Engagement Lead, and Senior Data Analyst, and cover duties during team lead absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Media Studies or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in both content writing and social media management.
• Excellent written English (Australian/UK spelling) and fluency in Urdu with ability to create conversational Hinglish scripts.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite and at least one scheduling tool.
• SEO writing knowledge (keywords, meta titles, internal linking).
• SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4.
• Canva and AI writing tools (used responsibly).
• Project management tools such as Plane, ClickUp or Asana.
• CRM experience with GoHighLevel.
