Contract Administration Specialist – Islamabad

About the role

The Contracts Operations Specialist at Right Click Consulting plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of client, subcontractor, vendor and teaming agreements. The role ensures contracts are drafted, reviewed, tracked and executed efficiently while supporting internal teams such as sales, finance, operations and recruiting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial pre‑reviews of contracts, NDAs, SOWs, subcontract and vendor agreements to flag missing terms and risks.
• Draft Statements of Work, change orders, amendments and teaming agreements using approved templates.
• Manage routing, execution and signature collection to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, finance, recruiting and operations to gather information and move contracts forward.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with consistent naming, version control and audit readiness.
• Track contract status, milestones, renewals and expirations, providing regular reports to leadership.
• Organize template libraries, clause banks and prior agreements to promote standardisation.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives in contract lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of experience in contract administration, legal support or related coordination functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple agreements in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.
