Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of our CLM platform across the Vencora portfolio. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work closely with legal and business teams to ensure contracts are efficiently managed and the platform delivers maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and organize the contract repository within the CLM platform, ensuring all agreements, amendments and related documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
• Lead day‑to‑day implementation, configuration and maintenance of the CLM platform across the portfolio.
• Provide training, guidance and support to legal and business users to drive platform adoption.
• Manage post‑implementation changes, workflow adjustments and configuration updates, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Track contract deadlines, obligations, renewal dates and key milestones; generate reminders and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate version control for agreement templates, clause libraries and internal documentation within the CLM system.
• Facilitate collection of approvals, signatures and other required contract actions.

Required profile

• Highly organized contracts professional with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience supporting legal or business users in a contract management environment.
