About the role
Paysys Labs is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to expand its banking technology and AI enablement offerings across financial and non‑financial corporates in Pakistan. The role focuses on market research, opportunity identification, solution shaping and closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Research the market, identify opportunities and shape tailored solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and heads of digital, IT and operations.
- Based in Lahore or Islamabad with regular travel between the two cities.
Required profile
- B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in fintech, banking technology or enterprise software.
- Strong market research and consultative selling skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Degree from IBA, LUMS or an equivalent top institution.
