Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager develops and executes comprehensive communication strategies that protect and enhance the organization’s reputation, align messaging across internal and external channels, and support business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead internal communication initiatives, including leadership messages, employee announcements, HR updates, and engagement campaigns.
• Manage external communications, stakeholder messaging, reputation management, and brand positioning.
• Oversee brand governance and ensure consistent application of corporate identity guidelines.
• Coordinate media relations, PR agencies, digital teams, and other stakeholders to maintain unified messaging.
• Develop communication plans and content for corporate events, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and other brand visibility programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7‑9 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or media relations, preferably in fast‑moving consumer sectors.
• Proven ability to manage media relations, crisis communications, and executive communications.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills with a focus on compliance and storytelling.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication for press releases, speeches, internal memos, and leadership talking points.
• Brand messaging and corporate narrative development.
• Internal communications (employee engagement, town halls, change communication).
• Stakeholder management across departments and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with media monitoring tools or PR software is a plus.
