Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead corporate and group revenue generation for Zesora Resort, acquiring and managing corporate accounts, selling MICE and group packages, and building strategic partnerships across the travel trade.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and secure corporate accounts for rooms, retreats and events, negotiating rate agreements.
• Maintain and grow key account relationships through regular visits, entertainment and structured follow‑up.
• Sell conference, meeting, incentive and event packages; conduct site inspections and prepare tailored proposals.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping to ensure flawless delivery from BEO to billing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate revenue and room‑night targets.
• Maintain a live sales pipeline, forecast corporate occupancy contribution and plan seasonal campaigns.
• Develop relationships with travel agencies, corporate travel desks, OTAs and tourism boards to expand distribution.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, corporate expos and networking events.
• Submit weekly sales activity, pipeline and conversion reports; track competitor rates and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hotels, resorts or the broader hospitality industry.
• Established corporate network in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi market with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
