Corporate Training Specialist / Financial Educator

About the role

Mahaana is seeking a Corporate Training Specialist and Financial Educator to lead financial‑literacy initiatives for corporate clients and the broader community. You will design and deliver engaging workshops, create curriculum for the Mahaana Money School, and support the CEO’s thought‑leadership activities while making complex financial concepts accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate financial‑literacy workshops that generate leads for the business development team.
• Design, teach, and continuously improve the online Mahaana Money School curriculum, including webinars and e‑learning modules.
• Support the CEO’s speaking engagements through research, slide preparation, and briefing documents.
• Develop certification programs for financial advisors and partner organizations.
• Create a library of educational assets such as workbooks, guides, calculators, and infographics.
• Host monthly webinars on investment topics for existing and prospective customers.
• Train the customer‑support team on product knowledge and educational messaging.
• Measure training effectiveness via surveys, post‑training assessments, and conversion metrics.
• Build relationships with universities for guest lectures and student programs.
• Collaborate with product marketing on the overall educational content strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in training, teaching, or workshop facilitation.
• Deep knowledge of personal finance, investing, and retirement planning, with familiarity of the Pakistani tax system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Comfort presenting to both C‑suite executives and entry‑level employees.
• Track record of high participant satisfaction (4.5+ out of 5).
• Preferred: background in banking training, CFP or similar certification, experience with e‑learning platforms.
