About the role
ELECTRECH (Pvt.) Ltd. seeks a Costing & Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for LV/MV switchgear projects and support the pricing process.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for LV/MV switchgear projects based on drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Calculate material, labour and manufacturing costs and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns and tender estimates.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and sales teams to ensure competitive pricing.
Required profile
- DAE Electrical, B.Tech or BS Electrical Engineering qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in LV/MV switchgear costing and estimation.
- Practical knowledge of reading electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Required skills
- LV/MV switchgear estimation.
- Cost estimation and material costing.
- Interpretation of electrical drawings and BOQs.
