Coworking Workspace Manager

About the role

EDAS is launching a premium coworking and managed/furnished executive office space in Islamabad. We're hiring a Coworking Space Manager to lead this launch — building pre‑launch sales, setting up the team, and running the space once it opens.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑launch sales, build a pipeline of corporate and long‑term tenants and close leasing/membership agreements before opening.
• Coordinate with design/fit‑out vendors to ensure the delivered space matches sales promises.
• Hire, train and manage the front‑desk, sales and facilities team and set up SOPs for sales, onboarding, billing and daily operations.
• Own occupancy and revenue targets post‑launch, manage member relationships, retention and renewals.
• Oversee facility upkeep and vendor contracts (cleaning, IT, security, maintenance).
• Identify and launch new revenue streams such as meeting‑room rentals, virtual offices and event hosting.
• Bring in international clients and build partnerships with companies/brands for co‑branded events and referral programs.
• Support sales efforts for Gilgit‑Baltistan and AJK locations and report on pipeline, occupancy and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with direct coworking or flexible workspace operations.
• Proven B2B sales/leasing track record with signed pipeline.
• Experience managing a team and day‑to‑day operations.
• Ability to acquire international clients and build company‑to‑company partnerships.
• Comfortable working in a pre‑launch, build‑it‑yourself environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
