Creative Associate – Graphic Designer for Restaurants

About the role

AIO is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to craft visual assets that help restaurants stand out across digital and physical touchpoints. You will work on everything from social media graphics to in‑store branding, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, on‑brand graphics for social media, digital menus, and marketing assets.
• Create print‑ready materials such as posters, table tents, standees, and packaging.
• Develop comprehensive brand books that define visual identity and design guidelines.
• Produce visually compelling pitch decks for client presentations.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio covering digital, print, branding, and presentations.
• Good eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Basic understanding of content strategy and brand building.
