Creative Client Services & Order Coordination Specialist

About the role

A full-time, remote position supporting the behind-the-scenes operations of a client services function for a business serving medium to large corporate clients and gifting. The role combines creative thinking, idea generation, client request coordination and order execution, and involves taking a client's brief and turning it into practical, well-managed requests.

Key responsibilities

• Generate creative ideas and concepts in response to client requests, including gift, seasonal, holiday and corporate gifting ideas aligned with client preferences, budgets and requirements.
• Translate broad or conceptual requests into practical, actionable recommendations within defined parameters.
• Receive, review and organize incoming client requests, understanding requirements, timelines, budgets, quantities and specifications.
• Coordinate the process from initial request through order preparation and execution, tracking about 200-300 orders per month accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized records and capture all relevant details.
• Support the client services team by helping turn client expectations into workable plans, coordinating with internal teams and vendors or suppliers, and following up on outstanding items and order status.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with medium to large corporate clients and handling multiple requests at once.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and manage priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
