Creative Designer & Animator

About the role

The Creative Designer & Animator will craft high‑quality static, motion, and video assets for performance‑marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels. You will work closely with performance, growth, and brand teams to deliver bilingual, culturally‑relevant creatives that drive acquisition, retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce campaign key visuals, banners, carousels, stories, reels, landing‑page creatives and other digital assets for markets in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
• Create motion graphics, animations, GIFs and short‑form videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, adapting them to multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and optimise assets based on CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS and other performance metrics.
• Maintain creative trackers, campaign calendars and project documentation to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder visibility.
• Utilise AI‑powered design tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics or performance‑marketing creative roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, social media and performance‑driven creative work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic display).
• Understanding of performance‑marketing principles, A/B testing, CRO and campaign metrics.
