Creative Designer – Brand & Social

About the role

We are looking for a creative individual to shape Buildberg’s visual identity and voice across all channels. You will build a brand system from scratch, create assets for the company and its founders, and manage day‑to‑day social media activities. This is a hands‑on, full‑time, in‑office position for recent graduates or university students.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, ad visuals, website and blog graphics, and presentation decks.
• Create personal‑brand assets for the founders, including LinkedIn carousels, profile visuals, and video thumbnails.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines covering logo usage, colour, typography, imagery, tone of voice and reusable templates.
• Plan and execute the content calendar, schedule posts, write captions, engage with comments and track performance.
• Build a template library to streamline recurring content creation.

Required profile

• A portfolio showcasing real design work from coursework, freelance projects, clubs, or personal initiatives.
• Proficiency with a fast design tool such as Figma, Canva, or the Adobe suite.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and a clear point of view on layout.
• Strong written English for captions, hooks and short‑form copy.
• Currently studying or recently graduated and able to work onsite in Lahore or Multan for at least three months.
