Creative Designer

About the role

iQansoft is seeking a versatile, AI‑savvy Creative Designer to join its marketing team. You will transform ideas into compelling visual content, motion graphics, 2D animations, and high‑quality videos for digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, banners, digital ads and promotional materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, icons and visual assets for websites, landing pages and marketing campaigns.
• Produce motion graphics, 2D animations and illustration‑based videos, including explainers and product demos.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos, adding transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects and basic color correction.
• Utilise AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, ChatGPT) for ideation, image generation and video enhancement.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and social media teams to translate briefs into visual concepts and manage multiple projects independently.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, digital ads, illustrations, motion graphics, 2D animations and video editing.
• Ability to work remotely, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback effectively.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent video editing software).
• AI‑powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with Blender, Adobe Character Animator, Figma, Canva (advantageous).
