Creative Executive – Brand Campaign Development

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Executive who can translate brand insights into original visual stories and campaign concepts. You will guide ideas from moodboards to final assets, ensuring consistency, purpose, and timely delivery across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original campaign ideas that align with brand identity and audience needs.
• Research audience preferences, competitor activity, and cultural trends to inform creative direction.
• Create clear creative briefs, moodboards, reference decks, and storyboards.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to produce finished assets, supporting pre‑production and post‑production.
• Utilise AI image and video generation tools to explore concepts, craft prompts, and refine visual outputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative agency or in‑house creative team.
• Portfolio demonstrating original concepts, campaign development and clear personal contribution.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway).
• Prompt engineering for visual AI tools, including iteration and output evaluation.
