About the role

We are looking for a Creative Manager to lead the development of concepts, campaigns and visual narratives, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. The role involves overseeing creative workflows, managing timelines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead concepts, campaigns and overall visual narratives.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across print, digital and experiential touchpoints.
• Oversee creative workflows, manage timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and guide design work, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong creative direction and strategy abilities.
• Branding expertise across multiple channels.
• Project management skills to handle workflows and timelines.
• Graphic design proficiency with industry‑standard design tools.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to present and justify creative decisions.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product and operations teams in a tech or automation environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in a creative leadership or managerial role, mentoring teams and delivering work in fast‑paced settings.
