Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑camera host for short‑form videos, webinars, demos and live Q&A sessions in English and Urdu.
• Translate high‑level growth strategies into daily tasks, sprint boards and organized marketing workflows.
• Manage campaign schedules, assign deliverables to designers and video editors, and ensure timely launches.
• Write punchy scripts, social captions and email copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Review visual assets and video cuts, providing clear creative direction to maintain brand standards.

Required profile

• Charismatic and comfortable on camera, fluent in English and Urdu.
• Organised, detail‑oriented project manager who meets deadlines consistently.
• Eager to understand the full marketing engine from brand awareness to lead conversion.
• Strong storyteller able to craft engaging scripts and copy.
• Visually conscious with the ability to guide designers and editors.
