About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support our home décor and furniture brand. The role is remote and focuses on marketing graphics, Shopify updates, email newsletters, and short‑form video content.
Key responsibilities
- Create marketing graphics and digital assets using Canva.
- Design and manage weekly email newsletters in Flodesk.
- Update website content, images, and banners in Shopify.
- Edit short‑form videos and produce social media content using CapCut.
- Assist with content scheduling and publishing on Instagram and Facebook.
Required profile
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, and short‑form video editing.
- Strong graphic design and content creation abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Experience in e‑commerce, retail, home décor or furniture is a plus.
