Creative Media Assistant

About the role

ADCR is seeking a Creative Media Assistant to support its creative team in producing high‑quality visual and digital content for professional communication, social media, training programs, technical projects, and corporate initiatives. The role offers hands‑on experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation within the automotive research sector. Fresh graduates with a strong visual sense are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics and visual content for social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns.
• Support photography and videography during events, trainings, field visits, and projects.
• Assist with video editing, reels, short‑form content, and basic motion graphics.
• Prepare creative assets in line with ADCR’s brand guidelines.
• Help plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Organise and manage photographs, videos, design files, and other media assets.
• Support the Creative Media Manager with day‑to‑day creative tasks and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and develop relevant creative material.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 0–3 months of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant creative work (advantageous).

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Capcut or similar video‑editing tools.
• Fundamental skills in video editing and short‑form content creation.
• Basic understanding of photography and videography techniques.
