Customer Care Agent – English Speaking – Night Shift (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Care Agent to join our Lahore office on the night shift. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer contacts through phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and personalized support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate customer interactions in English via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
• Document each interaction in the internal system and follow up on open cases.
• Meet defined service‑level targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours on‑site in Lahore.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
