About the role

The Customer Care Manager will lead the customer service function, ensuring that client inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally. This role works closely with sales, technical support, and operations to deliver a seamless experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Customer Care team.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations.
• Monitor team KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly service reports.
• Develop and improve customer service processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
