Customer Care Representative

About the role

ABS International is seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives for its US‑facing night‑shift team. You will interact with real US customers via a live US CRM platform, handling inbound queries and ensuring each interaction leaves the caller satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from US customers during the 10 PM‑6 AM shift (Monday‑Saturday).
• Resolve customer issues, manage follow‑ups, and update records accurately in the US CRM system.
• Maintain high quality standards by delivering personalized, unscripted support.
• Collaborate with the management team to track performance and pursue continuous improvement.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and schedule requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English – essential for nightly US‑customer interactions.
• Full availability for the 10 PM‑6 AM shift, Monday through Saturday.
• Patience, composure under pressure, and a genuine desire to solve problems.
• Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or call‑center environments is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong English skills are welcome.
• Ability to work onsite at the Gulistan‑e‑Johar office.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with a US‑based customer relationship management system).
