Customer Care Representative

About the role

You are the first person our clients talk to. You will handle enquiries, explain our services, book inspections, and look after the client from first message to final report for both our Australian and Pakistani clients from our Karachi office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client enquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email and social media — within minutes.
• Explain our inspection services and prices clearly, and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Book inspections and coordinate with our inspection teams in Perth and Karachi.
• Confirm every booking in writing and send clients their pre‑inspection requirements.
• Check reports before they go out, send them to clients, and follow up afterwards.
• Keep accurate records of every client, booking and follow‑up.
• Ask happy clients for reviews, and escalate any problem quickly.

Required profile

• Confident with a computer, including email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, calendars and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• A fast learner willing to study company training material and complete a test before hiring.
• Organised and reliable; bookings, reminders and follow‑ups depend on accurate work.
• Fast responses to clients.
• Calm and patient on the phone, including with upset clients.
• Customer service, call centre, scheduling or property experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
