Customer Conversion Executive – Social Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Conversion Executive to join our premium gifting brand in Faisalabad. The role focuses on managing conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram and turning inquiries into confirmed orders, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram with a warm, professional, and persuasive approach.
• Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed orders and upsell relevant add‑ons, bundles, and premium options.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and address price objections, delivery concerns, and customization requests.
• Follow up with interested customers to ensure no warm lead is missed and maintain accurate conversation records.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding order confirmation, customization, and delivery.
• Take ownership of sales performance and order conversions, meeting or exceeding targets.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to manage 15–20+ live customer conversations simultaneously.
• Previous experience in WhatsApp/Instagram sales, e‑commerce, or customer conversion (preferred).
• Experience in gifting, fashion, food, D2C, or boutique businesses is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, confident, and comfortable with follow‑ups.
• Must be based in Faisalabad or willing to relocate.
