Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Join Maersk as a Customer Experience Consultant and become the primary advocate for our customers. You will ensure seamless end‑to‑end shipment execution while delivering a superior experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer experience and act as the first point of contact for clients.
• Execute all operational tasks on time, from booking through invoicing, following agreed processes and SOPs.
• Proactively identify, communicate and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to ensure rapid resolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across CSO/DOC and other functions to coordinate shipments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update all systems and milestones promptly.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Manage operational finance processes in line with company and customer guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on issue prevention and quick mitigation.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service or logistics environments is preferred.
